It comprises a small living room with fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
You can relax and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, as our lodging is located in the hamlet of Les Montys, in the heart of the Vendée bocage.
Detailed description of the lodging
This spacious accommodation spans 60 m² on the ground floor.
A small living room, kitchen and lounge area
You have a small living room (20 m²) with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll find all the equipment you need for a pleasant weekend or holiday: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Nearby, you can also use a shared washing machine.
The living room also opens directly onto an outdoor area with garden furniture. To make you feel at home on holiday, you’ll also find deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue!
2 separate bedrooms
In the lodging, you will also have access to our two cozy and comfortable bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm – or 2 simple 80 beds)
- 1 trio bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 bunk bed (90cm)
- 1 shower room
- 1 WC
A cot is also available on request. NB: This is not included in the stated capacity of 5 beds.

Not included in the rental price: bed linen and towels. However, we can provide this linen on request and at least one week in advance.
Please note that we will not allow the number of people to be exceeded without prior agreement, so please contact us before your arrival if this is the case.

Book our Pond view lodging from €140 per night in high season (April to November and Christmas). Please note that the rate is degressive from 4 nights.

FAQ: frequently asked questions about our Pond View lodging
Can you swim at Petit Monty?
Yes, our heated swimming pool is located close to the guest rooms and the Petit Monty reception. It is therefore accessible to the occupants of the lodgings and guest rooms at no extra charge.
The pool is heated from early June to early September.
NB: please consult the swimming pool rules before taking a dip!
Does the lodging have an electric vehicle socket?
A GREEN’UP socket is available for charging your electric or hybrid vehicle at an additional cost (€10/connection).

What are the useful dimensions for sheets?
We can provide sheets at an additional cost (€10/bed).
However, if you wish to bring your own, the bed sizes are as follows:
- 1 King Size bed 160×190 cm (or 2 single beds 80x190cm)
- 3 single beds 90×190 cm
Are the outside areas of the home enclosed?
No, the pitch is open, but remains visible from the home. So you can keep an eye on your children at all times.
Can we organise a party in the lodging?
In order not to disturb the neighbours, parties are not permitted in our lodgings. However, we do authorise you to organise family or company reunions.
